When will Heroes Comic Con Madrid take place?

From February 22nd to 24th al 24 at Hall 7 and 8, Feria Valencia.

Are there different tickets options? Will prices change?

There are one day tickets, group tickets, family package and weekend pass.

Until January 31, 2019 there is a discount on ticket prices. From February 1, 2019, prices will be as the following table:

Where will Heroes Comic Con València be held?

I purchased a ticket and I can not go … Will I receive a refund?

Unfortunately, we will not give you a refund although you can give it to a friend.

Can I buy my ticket at the ticket office of Feria València the same day?

Yes. But there is no guarantee that there won’t be any long lines. To be sure, we recommend that you buy them online before the show.

How do I get to Heroes Comic Con València?

METRO & TRAM

Line 2, Torrente-Llíria, stop Carolines/Fira (600m from Convention & Exhibition Centre ). Important stops: Joaquín Sorolla/Jesús (next to train station AVE Joaquín Sorolla), Xátiva (next to train station València Nord). More information http://www.metrovalencia.es

BUS

Line No. 62 of the EMT Benimamet-Estació Nord. Stops every 10 /15 minutes. More info: http://www.emtvalencia.es/geoportal .

Is there a parking lot?

Feria València has a large parking lot, but its fee is not included with the ticket.

If I leave the event, can I get back in?

Yes, but don’t forget to ask for the stamp!

I already have my ticket, how do I get in?

Through the door at Foro Norte (the teleportation machines are planned for 2260). No, seriously, once you have purchased your ticket, we will send you an email with a PDF. You can print it or download it on your phone.

Which are the opening hours?
  • Friday: 10AM – 8PM
  • Saturday: 10AM – 8PM
  • Sunday: 10AM – 8PM
Can I bring my pet into the venue?

No. For health and safety reasons, pets (except guide and assistance dogs for visually impaired and reduced mobility Guests) are not allowed

Can I bring outside food and beverages?

Yes, although there is a Food truck area with the best culinary selection

Is there a cloakroom service?

Yes, you can leave your bag or coat. The price is 1€ per item.

Is there ATM inside the venue?

No, there is no ATM at the venue although you can pay with credit card in many exhibitors

Ticket sales terms and conditions
  • Sales available at the box office Saturday and Sunday until capacity is full
  • No exchanges or returns.
  • Heroes Comic Con Madrid – the organising company – will not be responsible for visitors under the age of 18 years.
  • Discount available for visitors under the age of 14 years.
  • Discounts available for people with disabilities.
Do we have to enter at the same time with the group ticket?

No. Once you buy the group ticket it automatically has 4 tickets so you can enter whenever you want.

I have a day pass. Can I go with my Cosplay?

Of course yes

Do I have to print my ticket?

No need to print it. You can show it on your mobile phone

What are the ticket office opening hours?

At the same time the venue opens: 10AM

Are tickets transferable?

Although there is a name on tickets, they are not transferable.

I purchased my ticket online, but I’ve still not received it. What should I do?

First, check your spam folder. Some mail programs just don’t understand that a mail with your Heroes Comic Con ticket is the most important message of the year for you

But if you still don’t find your ticket, send a mail to heroes@es.conceptum.eu. Our technical team help you as quickly as possible.

Should I get a ticket for children under 3 years old even it is free of charge?

Yes, children born after 24/02/2016 get in free. However, when you purchase your ticket you should get another one for the kid, free of charge.

Is there a special price for children?

Yes, the prices for kids under 14 years old (born after 24/02/2005) are 5 euros (Saturday and Sunday) and 3 euros (Friday)

If I buy a ticket for the signing or for the photo, does it include the event pass?

No, they are different tickets.  First you need a ticket for the entrance and then you need separate tickets for both the photo and/or the signing.

What are the conditions of the singing session?
  • Get on the queue when the signing session starts. Actors leave the signing booth the moment the queue is empty, check the schedule and never arrive at the end time in the schedule or you may miss the sessions.
  • Mobile phones or cameras are not allowed  at the signing booth, as well as taking pictures with the actors
  • The price includes a printed photo of the actor provided by the Organization or an item from the visitor. The guest could reject to sign any material or item that it is not related to professional career.  
  • It is not allowed to give hugs and kisses to the actors
Where can I buy a photo ops or signing?

You can buy a ticket for you photo ops or signing session at our website or in the event

What are the conditions of the photo session?
  • Get on the queue when the signing session starts. Actors will leave the photo booth when the queue is empty, check the schedule, if you come at the end, you may lost the session.
  • Maximum 2 people per photo (plus the actor)
  • The price includes a printed photo and only will be made once. Make sure you get your best smile.
  • Cellphones or cameras are not allowed  at the photo booth
  • Autographs or selfies at the photo booth are not allowed.
  • It is not allowed to give hugs and kisses to the actors
Is there a discount available for people with disabilities?

Yes, there is a discount for people with disabilities

What is a Q&A?

This is the moment at Heroes Comic Con when you can ask the actors things that you always wanted to know. Obviously, celebrities are also real people who don’t like inappropriate or rude questions. But you’re not that kind of fan, right?

Can I make a marriage proposal at Heroes Comic Con?

Is there any train discount available?

Yes, Discounts are available on RENFE (Discounts available on National Rail services). Contact us to obtain the 35% discount
